I would certainly buy one now.
You snooze you lose...No worries, I do it all the time myself.

Nope, I didn't snooze. I just felt I didn't need it.

S'okay, I've done that a lot of times also. This includes driving a truck. In 2002, I swore I'd never get back behind the wheel again. I sold all of my extra parts, accessories, and a lot of other things, such as my good map books, C.B Radios, everything.

About two years later, I splurged, and bought 3 trucks out of the blue, then I ended up in one myself after a driver quit. Next, My Fiance died, so I stayed on the road. Soon after, I ended up buying more trucks, and had my own little fleet. I had it all, up until this past July. However, when i sold all my trucks, and company this past July, and swore I would never get back behind the wheel again...I kept all of my extra things this time, just in case of some extenuating circumstances come up and I have to get back in a truck for some reason or another.

Question

Hi,

I wonder if this will fit my newly unveiled W126 300 SDS? It currently has the earlier cast iron 4-speed manual (1974-1981?). Is this the same length as that older cast iron 240D transmission? Mine needs rebuilding anyway and a five speed could be nice.

A Star is Born, Again! (the 300 SDS is BACK!)

they fit in a 123 body so I imagine they will fit in a 126 too.
