Sunroof Help!

Yesterday out of habit, and even though it wasn't a very bright sky I opened my sunroof. It is almost all the way open and will not move. It doesn't even pretend like it wants to move. I am close to getting a hammer and a 2x4 and manually closing it. Any other suggestions?

You do know there is a fitting on the motor in the trunk to manually close the sun roof, (no 2x4 required)? The tool would be in the MB tool kit and the explanation in the owners manual. Do you have either of these?

I would use an adjustable wrench before I used plyers.

The size varies, but a metric socket set should have something to fit the manual drive fitting on the motor to get it closed for now. Here is how to fix it: http://schumanautomotive.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5277

Thank you but I cannot see the pictures, i have made my interior look like crap with all the yanking and pulling I have done just to get the thing to move, it has not moved. I tried twisting what i think is my emergency nut in the trunk (drivers side behind plastic panels) and after a few revolutions nothing.
