Last summer I transplanted the manual heat/AC system from a 1980 240 into my 85 300td. The conversion wasnt terribly difficult, just time consuming, and a good bit of that time devoted to restoring the heater/evaprator box from the 240. When Andy has the time to help me with the computer I'll post an editorial on the project for those interested.
