How difficult would it be to install this?

I was looking at used engines on Ebay, and they had these nice pictures on the Mercedes Dodge Sprinter engine. It has 2.7 liter displacement, still 5 cylinder and is a CDI diesel. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-Truck-Parts-Accessories__DODGE-MERCEDES-FREIGHTLINER-SPRINTER-ENGINE_W0QQitemZ350059658053QQadnZCarQ20Q26Q20TruckQ20PartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQadiZ2865QQcmdZViewI tem?hash=item350059658053&
It doesn't look at all like the 617. But I was just wondering if anybody had seriously looked at that engine as a replacement for the 617. We probably could increase the mileage of our cars considerably with a transplant like that. Would the electronics really be a hurdle. How does it compare in size and weight. It seems to do a really good job pushing those big sprinters around. Well, just thinking about it. It really looks good to me. Could we make it work.
