'99 e300d - air conditioning not working


I have a 98 E300D with A/C not working. In the spring I recharged the system. 6 Weeks later it stopped working. I went to add a can of freon and after 1/4 can realized that the system is full and approaching the red on the guage. I also realized that the compressor is not kicking on.


After reading the above thread, I got the diagnostice codes and need somehelp understanding them.

459 and 422 are new and not explained in the above thread.

Also the other numbers are (climate set to 72 degrees and running) temp about 80 degrees F after driving home and letting the car cool some.
