Hard shifts when running AC

Transmission shifts fine when AC is off. With AC on, HARD shifts both up and down. What could it be?

The pedal is further down, so the transmission is programmed to shift harder to compensate for the extra power.

It is not "smart" enough to know that the extra power is being used to run the A/C.

An ALDA adjustment might help, it did one of mine (more power at that pedal position).
