Unbelieveable what I put in my TD... and drove.

Rather than leave you in suspense similar to the other thread with the same title, I'll just post the picture.

Norm and Zippy got recruited for a parade. I managed to fit 11 people inside and haul them back to the starting line.

The SLS took it like a champ! Take notice of the blond in the front passenger seat...

Not the most flattering picture of me.

...and I recruited someone special to drive Zippy in the parade... any guesses?

Luckily, only a few walkers had near death experiences... no injuries with grandma behind the wheel today. Lookin' good for 79 years old, eh?

and one extra photo... remember the blond in the passenger seat... here's an accidental photo she took of herself while playing with my i-phone.

I haven't made out with someone this much since high school.

How come it looks so weighed down in the back in that pic? Shouldn't the leveling system have brought it back up to proper height?

Norm wasn't running in that photo (I took the photo), but I didn't notice if it did rise up or not when I started it.

I'm guessing since no body is in the driver's seat, and the driver is probably behind the camera, everybody got into the wagon before it was started.....

Nice to see that you are using your MB's for good. And Grandma looks awesome back in her car!!

She didn't care for the Nardi much...the old boat wheel makes it easier to turn.

that's just awesome, what these cars will do. again... Sorry I kept everybody in suspense so long... but hey, I think that I got the most posts on that thread of any threads I've started! What do you figure the total weight in the car ended up being?

You would need the head from the TD, or somehow transplant the rare PS/SLS hybrid pump from an 87TD... or a scrap TE...
But I bet the suspension components would swap on. but WHY would you want to weigh down a coupe?

Don't worry Tyler, I can tell it's the "fisheye" effect of the camera.

You must live in the parade capital of the world. How many have you been in so far?

Good luck with your new lady friend. Once you're done with the "making out everywhere" stage, let us know if you think she's the one.

Oh, no... don't scare the kid and make him think the "making out everywhere stage" goes away...

If, when the "newness" wears off, there is still passion there, you might have the right one.

My wife and I dated for about 4 years, were engaged for 1 year and have been married for 11 years. The passion is still there, but we don't "make out" every time we look at each other anymore. Maybe we would if the kids didn't take up so much time and energy.

About 4 parades so far this year... all for this candidate I'm helping out who was a teacher of mine. It doesn't take much to convince me to show off my cars.

I've been out of high school for 4 years now (I suppose I can still be classified as a kid without taking offense) but this blond happens to be an older woman.... all of 24 to my 22.

I made dinner at her place last night...this is a family friendly forum so I won't go into detail, but I will say she told me the cars made her.....

Can't wait until Kerry finds this thread.

TYLER!!!
Ask her WHAT it is about these cars that "does THAT" to her? Like is it the sound? Smell? Color? I'll be happy to pay her royalty fees if I can successfully market the item.
