Boost controller Wont fit!!!

So today i tired to install my boost controller (NXS Boost controller) and the hose Barb wont fit, i just goes in loosely, Now what to do, Its for my 1984 300SD

Put larger barb fittings on it. Any hardware store will have them.

Don't have a cow man! Either do like FI says and go to Lowes and buy some different fittings or just go down to Autozone and get some plastic barb adapters and a fes inches of smaller tubing to step the size down to what you need. Pull the hose off the wastegate and take it into the store with you so you can get the right size...

I used 3/8 fittings for mine.I used a $2. air vavle for a air tool.

I did not do that when I installed mine. I wanted to make sure that the original hose diameter was being used. I just bought 1 inch long 1/4 inch OD galvanized nipples and used them with hose clamps. It cost something like 75 cents at Homer D Po for the parts...

how loose? you could use zip-ties (for short term)
