Ok, here is where I stand on this. I found a thread that had the pin out for the N10 relay. It is the relay, I just ordered a new one. Before I go into details on the radio, I must say this..... I WANT TO TRACK DOWN THE PO AND KICK THE #$%& OUT OF HIM.
It should be a crime to hack an electrical harness like this.

The radio was not plugged in. I put the connectors back in to test it. It won't turn on but there are some loose wires. Any ideas on where these wires go ?

This is what I have so far.

Does anyone know what the round 8 pin wire and the single blue wire are for ? I think the blue is part of the radio, but I can't find a home for the round plug. Where can I buy the best service manual for this car ?

Forget the wire question. It looks like the radio is not the 1432 that should be in the car. Looks like its time for an aftermarket radio.

Just an update. I finished the ac tonight and its 38.5 at the vents I also replaced the relay and now I have turn signals. If anyone cares, I found a way to make a dead N10 relay operate the turns and flashers. It takes about 30 min and a $ 2.50 part. All I did was remove the pcb from the relay. I picked up a two terminal flasher at a local parts store and connected it to pins 8 & 10 of the old relay. It won't operate the delay wipers or the rear defrost but it will be good for a temporary fix.
