Well I am thinking making it happen depending on how reliable the bluetec engine is. If it is a winner then Ill seriously give it thought. It gets old after a while troubleshooting stalling problems on it after fixing one thing then its another thing. A nice car when its running good but not reliable as my toyota.

All I need is to get hold of information on bluetec and then locating all the parts necessary.

you realize all the work required after sourcing all the parts, right? i mean, this is going to be a $20-30K swap, if you're realistically thinking of doing it right. you have to integrate the wiring harness into the car's fuse box, or use the original fuse box and put the wiring from the car's end into that, then there's getting the abs to work or deleting it, relocating the battery to the trunk, and getting the car to run in diagnostic mode, and so on and so forth. might as well buy a volkswagen tdi, lol

Yeah, these engineers happen to work for the company and had everything at their disposal. If i do it ill most likely a bluetec that got ruined in a accident, strip all the necessary parts, sell some parts of it then have it hauled way. A lot of work yes but challenging and time conusming
