here is a photo I tried to get of mine, it doesn't look like I have one just a plug. Can anyone confirm? Sorry that the pic is blurry I couldnt get it to focus past the manifold.

That looks like the block drain plug. The block heater is larger dia., should be a red plastic cap screwed onto it, or a cord.
