Finally...
I have the replacement door touched up, POR15'd, rattle can painted, and hung on the car. It should hold until I get time to paint 'for real'.
I did find a few unusual things in the process. The holes for the lower trim and the rod for the door locks are different from the original. The original rod looks like the attached picture from fastlane, the 'new' door rod did not have the 'T' at the tip. I swapped the handle assemblies, the key turns but does not activate the lock so I need to look into that more, maybe I have to swap the latch mechanicals as well. Other than that the parts swap went quite well, it even shut OK on the 1st try, still a little wind noise but I can live with that for a while. Thanks to Neuman for the door!
