I was wondering what a carfax would look like. thanks! My service book shows that it came from portland then to vancouver to hawaii. I've checked the odometer and it's been accurate so far. The last record is from 1999 for a lube job and it had 103,867. since then it hasn't been driven much or at all. I know it's been registered 'storage', so he hadn't been driving it much since 99. But the problem is that it was thus neglected I think. So, I'm doing all the filters and will then be doing other adjustments and keeping it clean. Since I just installed a water pump after it overheating due to a bad leak, I haven't registered it or driven it much yet. The wastegate hose broke, so it drives like a 240D right now (which is difficult for my commute of 1500 ft to 7000 ft in about 20 miles) and the driver seat won't move forward, but will move all other directions...and we'll see what else pops up once I start driving it. but boy is she purdy.
