Have you run the onboard diagnostics? If so, what are the actual values of 1-8 and the codes?

yes I did run the diagnostic test here are the actual values,
1 =75
2 -67
3 =85
4 =91
5 =125
6 =125
7 =04
8 =66

Eb1 220 no other error I assume low on freon that is why I did add can of 134a after I clear the ec lite I can see the clucth is engage whenever I energize the ec button.

Is the engine running and at full operating temp with controls set to 72F when you do this?

Yes I had 72 in both follow exactly the procedure on diagnostic test I had the engine run for 5 mins results that show. Then I drove the car good 10 miles rest little bit then do the test the results value bit higher not much I hooked up the pressure gauge in both pressure port I posted earlier and the pressure are almost equal. Took it to ac shop the tech got same results said the compressor is done stimated around $1300.00, I decided to do myself.
