$1000 was what it took for them to part with it. Not a screaming deal, but it is what it is. Some TLC and I think I have a good runner. Fix a/c and hunt down vacuum leaks are on my list.

The interior needs new seats, but I dont think I'll spend$$ on that quite yet.

I shot from a staircase for the vantage point.

It rides nice though. Maybe the sls will be repaired so that it handles a lil better.

what color are the seats? I have a complete set without third row in palomino. yours look blue from the pics. you can paint them, or swap the covers over to my set of seats.

if your SLS happens to be leaking from the lines somewhere (as mine was -- it was rotted out under one of the mounting clamps that hold it to the underside, under the pass floorboard area), I have some leftover metric line in the proper size. With a flare kit, you can patch in repairs easily enough.

I guess I need to buy some fluid, then look for leaks...

Btw... I fixed the driver door latch issue. I chiseled out the plastic in the door jam striker receiver thing, sprayed some white lithium grease and it shut perfectly. Weird.

Odd, tonight my back right window started working. I had to open the door to roll it back up though. Vacum related I guess. Where can I buy a kit for vacuum-related things? Like the specialty fittings I may need.

The windows are not vacuum controlled. The locks are though.

odds are good the switch was/is dirty, and you moved it enough to get contact, and it worked, and it won't go back up, because the regulators are loose. take the door panel off, and look around in there for loose bolts, and tighten them.
yet another CWC member! 1K seems to be the going rate on the older wagons!

Congrats! Looks like a good find.

Let us know how it goes with the fixes - it'll help educate some of us.

I am thinking about taking a road trip to pick this up. Any thoughts or words of advice from the forum?

not bad, he's only making a few bucks profit for the tune up he's done.
it's worth more.
