Power window stalls halfway

I had the distinct pleasure of having my front passenger power window stop working today.

However the window will roll up halfway and stop going. I can roll it down or up, but to a point midway the window will stop.

I've removed the door panel and I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

Am I looking at an r&r of the window regulator? Searching the archives hasn't revealed to me sadly.

The arms on the window regulator are bent and they are hitting each other.

I actually just discovered what was happening.

This clip from the window seal was catching the glass causing the motor to go into stall mode.

I pulled the rubber trim felt thing out and noticed that the end of it had completely rusted away. The rubber probably got caught when the window went down.
