Violent shut down

This is on a 1985 300SD. When the car first starts is shakes the entire front end unless you throttle up, after it warns up or when the hydrogen builds up it smooths down. Then when you shut off the car it has this violent shake. I was thinking of the motor mount, which is my next question. Anyone have a good link for engine mount replacement?

Also, I saw a small shock close to each mount. Will someone educate me of their function?
