Looking into a title throught the last registered owner.
It would make a nice work beater with some welding.

Update

Well, the left rear wheel bearing is marginal but still OK for short local trips.

The Accessory belt tensioner pivot arm is failing + the water pump failed = both will be replaced with good used today.

The car is fun to drive.

There is a fairly complete one in the LKQ in Grand Rapids.

It was air in the brake system combined with multiple seized caliper pistons.

You probably only had 1/4 of the pistons working ~ 25% of brakes to begin with !!

It is starting to sound like we created a rod for your back Roy !!
By the time you have finished, you may as well have unbolted the license plates & replaced everything in between!! :P

Update

This week, I gave the car to a local MBCA member in far more serious need.
I will still be working on it, keeping it safe to drive + be able to borrow it as needed.

Replaced:
Left rear axle.
Left rear wheel bearing.
Brake rotors.
Brake pads.
Multi link suspension.
Shift rod bushings.
Front wheel bearing kits.
Front seats.
Front seat covers.
Rear calipers.
Right front caliper bracket.
Mono blade wiper assembly, motor and gears failed.
Engine mounts.
Front tow hook cover that fell off.
Many other items I can't recall.

As a joke, I took it to a body shop for restoration estimate.
$22,000.00 and a year to do it.
