Just as I said, dip below 50, etc. Yes, it has a different diff, but Ive found the 240 to not be as much of a slouch as people make it out to be. Louder and more raucous due to the gearing? Sure... slower than my cd? sure. But in some ways, the 240 is more willing.
Ive never had an issue keeping up with traffic... though because of the noise, Ive not wanted to. Out west or up steep grades it may be different, but in the mid atlantic, even PA mountains, NBD.

Completely agree - you can almost keep up with most traffic on a bicycle - available engine power / possible top speed seems to have no effect on the apparent stupidity and illogical behaviour of traffic.
I have spent many an hour stuck behind queues of BMWs and Volvos pootling along at 30mph in a 60... when there is no space and no one wants to over take the only automotive solution is to buy a Veyron (and I can't afford that at the moment) - But in real terms a helicopter might be better.
