Front Seal Re & Re More info.
I have read everything I can find on he board but no discussion on pulling the radiator, AC condenser and AUX fan to give access to the balance wheel and room for a puller. Or can the job be done with out removing the rad and other stuff.
my car is a 1984 300SD Thanks for your help, again.

I've done it with the condenser remaining. Everything else needs to come out.

A friend has done that with the radiator still in the car. He put a piece of something to protect it if something happened, no issues.
He's pretty mechanical, tho.

It is alot easier (to me) to pull the radiator. If you leave it in place put a piece of plywood over it for protection.

Could be done with little hands - on a lift - with the radiator in...
AND You don't have to drill out the front pulley bolts... look out for rounded off Allen heads... I'd save your fingers and have a less frustrating time with the radiator out.

It's not that big a deal to pull the radiator.

^^^ I'd just as well pull the radiator. There is a possibility while pulling the balancer off, it may pop into the radiator and damage it. In addition, you'll be thankful for the extra working space.

I would pull the rad. Since I'm replacing my condensor too, it's going to be easier.
