I did. I had to straighten the actuator rod though. I used Garrett PART NUMBER 4800009-6. I also had to enlarge the bracket holes, and the new actuator posts were a bit further apart than the vacuum operated one.

It is already on the car. I will take photos and post. I had planned on taking photos, but got too engulfed with reassembly, and forgot, until too late...
