driveshaft for transmission swap

I'm in the process of putting a 240d manual transmission into a 300sd. The current challenge is with getting a correct length drive shaft from the transmission to the center bearings. Since the automatic housing longer the existing drive shaft is too short.
I can take it to the driveline shop and have it lengthen but wondering if there might be something in the salvage yard that would work. Does anyone know what make/model might have the correct length driveline?
