Nice pictures.
Were you able to do the job with Tubing that you bought or do you have access to equipment to bend the Tubing yourself? The same with the Flanges; did you make or purchase them.

It's mandrel bent exhaust tubing, you buy it in a 180 degree U bend then just cut the bends and weld as necessary. Hence the unnecessary looking 3 welds in the tubing. summitracing.com has them for ~$20 per 180 mandrel.
