I will re sleeve all 5 cylinders.
The piston from this cylinder is still re useable.
The crank looks good and the head is already done.
This will be some kind of a quick rebuild.

Got the last parts today.
First step is to install the sleeves and machine the block.
Here is a pic of some of the parts.

Now you can start the clock.

That`s a clean block, did you pressure wash it or do you have a hot tank?

I have the machines necessary to do this blocks, but no hot tank.
Its all pressure washer for me.
Yesterday i didn't do anything more on the engine and today somebody will come to visit me.
So much for a quick rebuild.
Maybe I can get something done this morning.

Yeah right we believe you! (Tick tock tick tock) Should I stop the clock?

I'm pretty jealous of the space and the machines you have. Is it all for hobby use or is this a source of income?

It's true, I started this morning at 7:45.
Here are some pics of the progress.

I wish I could make some money with the shop, but it all for hobby now.

I agree with Army. There is definitely money to be made if you can rebuild engines in a short amount of time.
