I haven't looked at actual pics. Were it here, I'd get my bodyshop friend to give some specific advice. They routinely fix horribly messed up vehicles. You must get out of paying retail or any little thing becomes financially a car ending situation.

If the car is good otherwise, get someone competent to look at it and list what needs to be done. Then get that person's opinion on other people that will fix it for a reasonable price. There is always a retail price and a "because I want to" price. You must get the "because" price. Note: the because price always includes you doing some work, trading your talents &/or paying cash.

Your main question should be "what will it cost to get it to the point where you can do the final parts install." Once it is straight with good parts, have it aligned.

85SD 240K & stopped counting painted, putting bac together. 84SD 180,000. sold to a neighbor and member here but I forget his handle. The 84 is much improved from when I had it. 85TD beginning to repair to DD status. Lots of stuff to do.
