Checking/setting timing OM603?

So,

Iv'e just bought this engine, and only test started it quickly without any coolingwater in it to see how it runs, it didnt run on all cylinders at first but after 5-6 seconds it revved pretty good on all cylinders. Had no headers on so the noise was too loud to really hear it run smooth.

Iv'e searched this forum and had a hard time finding what i was looking for.
Im switching my stock IP to an Mynäpump with 7mm plungers etc

Iv'e lined up the camshaft timing marks, the pointer on the crankshaft pulley is then set on 30 ATDC, this after 3 full revolutions via the crankshaft bolt.
I also checked the IP timing slot, and when locked with the special tool the pointer was now at 45(!!!) ATDC.
So i pulled the IP out and now my question is how do i reset the timing on the crankshaft pulley to 0?
The engine started directly, with the timing marks as is. Cam at 0, crankpulley pointer at 30, IP timing slot locked and the pulley on 45~.
I know that when installing a IP im supposed to set the pump to 15 ATDC, wich it is at now? 45-30...

When i bought the engine, the crankshaft pulley bolt was loose so i tightened it before i did anything of the above! Im not sure how it works, might i have turned the pulley or is it somehow locked to the crank?
