I'll try to find something that will work. But I did already look at the plumbing section at home depot and they didnt have anything similar.

Can you tell me the outside diameter of the end that goes into the master and the end that fits into the hose?

Get the plastic nipple from Mercedes, as well as the reservoir-mastercylinder hose. Trust me, I just went through all of this with my swap about two months ago, and that was the only real solution. I also ended up having to get new master and slave cylinders after I finished the swap, as the seals in both blew out at the same time

Never underestimate a 16 year olds ideas. After plastic soldering the plastic nipple back together with a black zip tie, I covered it with some super glue. Tomorrow, i'll maybe put some RTV on it just in case. It's not the best looking now. But it works.. I think.

It seems to have worked, I need to buy a new hose for it, because I cut the other one too short. Hopefully I can pump the clutch by tomorrow. Any tips on bleeding the clutch?

Alright guys, so my swap is basically done. Except for the fact that vibrates horribly. I hate it, at idle its a little rough, but at about 850-1100 rpms, its horrible. Im thinking it might be that cross member, so i need to change that. Also, its been having a really hard time starting up. The glow plug light only comes on sometimes, and when it does start, there is A LOT of blue smoke, and it goes away slightly, but never completely. I dont know where to start.

The hard starting could be one or more bad glow plugs. I would pull them and put 12v to each and be sure they work. Might as well start with the easy stuff
If you only need a manual cross member that shouldn't be too hard to find. Your sure you got the drive shaft put back together the same way it came apart?

I ordered a set of glowplugs while i was doing the conversion, and i changed them, except on the #1 cylinder, the glowplug somehow came apart, and white powder fell out of it. I dont know what that was, but i just installed one of the old glow plugs. I also did a valve adjustment before the conversion, but its been smoking so much, that yesterday i pulled the valve cover back off and checked if I did everything right. Everything seems to be in order, so i'm not sure why there is so much blue/white smoke. About the driveshaft, what do you mean put back together the same way it came apart? I took the rear section for the 300 shaft and front section of the 240 shaft. They shortened the front shaft in Atlanta for 70$ and they said they balanced it. I bolted it up. Not sure what you mean by that. I dont think its anything to do with the 240 flywheel, or could it be?

Also, after its finally started up after rough starting, it seems to misfire for a bit until the engine warms up.

Heres a video I uploaded to youtube on how it starts. Sorry for the horrible quality. At this point, I dont have the exhaust on, only the downpipe. 300d w123 rough start - YouTube

If the idle smooths out after it warms up that could indicate a bad GP, I would still pull and check them before moving to something else.
If the drive shaft was balanced after the work it should be good. I dont think the 240 F/W would cause the problem. 70$ sounds cheap for the drive shaft work but I haven,t done this swap. The center support bearing and rubber is good?

You have a glow plug issue. Most likely #1 is bad.
