center console window switches

I just took up my center console and all of the wires and connectors are pretty dirty. Little bits of food or drink seem to have gotten down there and its pretty messy. what should I use to clean this all up without damaging anything? I also found out why my passenger side rearview mirror wasn't anjusting. The switch wasn't connected to anything. The wood is not completely connected to the plastic toward the front of the whole thing. what should I use to bond it one there properly?

I use a good, non-cfc electrical contact cleaner to clean out all the sockets and plug ends. Be sure to let air dry thouroughly before making any connections.

As for the broken panel, I am working on a DIY write-up on just how to fix it. Hope to have it written (with pictures) in just a few days.

Trak would probably have some. Personally I prefer the CRC brand, but any non-cfc contact cleaner should be good.
