Cant source OM617 Timing Chain Tensioner? Help?

Pelican lists the part number 617-050-02-11 as the Febi number for the correct timing chain tensioner for a turbo om617 engine. They are out of stock and listed for $60. Ive managed to find a few floating around ranging from $100-$140. Are these discontinued or something that the price is going up and they are out of stock?

I recently purchased a tensioner that was suppose to fit. Listed as fitting 80-81 300td models but had different piston dimensions when it arrived but after some research appeared to be a non turbo model tensioner.

Does anyone have some insight on the subject? Id rather not pay twice the price for a part if I dont have to.
