126 rear brakes

Replaced my LR caliper with an Ate unit.

New pads.

They scrape something terrible. I replaced the RR some time ago (I know) no excessive scrapping.

The FSM mentions using brake cleaning pads.

Not new rotors.

Would using those cleaning pads help?

The worst part, can't find any, these are fixed calipers, right?
