i see that small rubber elbow on parts sites a lot when i'm looking for the hose that runs from the VC to the top of the air cleaner (in later models). i didn't even know what it was for, and now i know.

Looks the same to my eye as the one that makes the bend coming out of the valve cover outlet, on both my cars. No?
