Replacing the bearings and seals on the rear axis.

I had bad rear axis.
So i have got rear axis central part from 208D and left other from 308D because of bigger brakes. But i have oil leak from then and i may hear bearing make noise.
What is the procedure to do it?
What i have to be careful?

I need to replace next complet.
