Replacing the bearings and seals on the rear axis.

I had bad rear axis.
So i have got rear axis central part from 208D and left other from 308D because of bigger brakes. But i have oil leak from then and i may hear bearing make noise.
What is the procedure to do it?
What i have to be careful?

I need to replace next complet.
(picture is just to information)

Can you clarify if you are talking about a differential bearing problem or an axle shaft bearing problem?

Or is it just a weird noise problem?

Have you checked the fluid level? If it is low you will get different noises.

Although I've not worked on a 208D axle I can show you how to refurbish the differential if indeed you need that information.

I have axle shaft bearing problem.

I have oil leaks that goes on the brakes, because I previously poorly assembled together .
And on this occasion I would also replace the bearings if necessary.

That's not good.

You are going to need a special bearing puller to remove the bearing races.

I'm sorry but I don't think I can help you much other than saying it is probably something like brakes off - hub off - back cover of the differential off - pull shaft out - fix bearings...

...I bet the seals and bearings are dealer only. Time to go and see if you can make friends with a Mercedes mechanic. The chaps near to me are friendly and will look up information for me in their FSM or WIS. You need a relationship like that.

This is on his van - it has a solid / rigid back axle.

It is a bit modern but here's roughly what it looks like

Rigid axles aren't entirely different. Basically it is unbolting the flange from the bearing mount, inside the wheel hub (about 4 bolts) then removing the clip inside the differential. Then the entire axle and flange comes out as one long piece. The difficulty comes in when you need to remove the bearing from the axle shaft. I've seen it done with a two-plate bearing puller, on other vehicles, but a hydraulic press will cut down on the cursing factor.

I'm with Stretch on this one. An equipped shop can make quick work of this job and by the time you fork out money for a press, a shop will come in much cheaper.

Here are some youtube videos that discuss a few different styles:

How to remove a bolt in axle shaft WITHOUT any special tools---Do it yourself - YouTube
How To Remove Pressed-on Bearings - EricTheCarGuy - YouTube
How To Remove a C-Clip Axle Shaft - YouTube

Some solid rear axles have the access hole and bolts on the inside of the hub and others have the bolts on the back side. Also, the differential end may/may not have a c-clip. From MB's reputation of backup security, I'm betting it has a c-clip.

Once you have the shaft out, the most difficult part can be the removal of the wheel bearing. The 2nd video explains one method but there are other good ways mentioned in the comments.

Since your Location is Slovenija (Koper). You might see what is on eBay.

Seals sometimes have the part Number (the Mercedes part number of the Part Number of the Comany that made the Seal) on them and you can use the Number to buy another one and that is the same with the Bearings.

Go to Google Images and then type in Mercedes 307D rear wheel bearing and Search. Do the same with the Axles and see what shows up.

Especially withe Bearings I get the part Number and then go on eBay and see what comes up. I have had good luck finding Made in the USA or Japan Bearings for 1/3-1/2 of the Price.
Part of the reason for that is I buy a Bearing locally from an Auto Parts store it is going to be made in China.
I could get a USA or Japanese Bearing from Industrial Bearing Shop but it would cost 4 times more as they have to pay the guy to look it up and that same Guy usually goes in the Back and gets the Bearing.
