Power sun roof was standard equipment on 300s, manual on wagons, all, and 240s. It was a delete option altogether.

Sunroofs were also optional on the 300d's.....if you look at period invoices, you will see the option for the moon roof. 300TD's all got manual because there was no way to add a sunroof cable/tube into the roof of a 300td...
