It does not surprise me that YOU, bravely situated States Away from speeding Tom , would react to my question that way.
If only speeders were affected by their actions it would be one thing... but truly innocent people just in the wrong place at the wrong time are often the victims. 85 or more in Montana, the Autobahn in Germany,,,, sure ... but New Jersey ? Not out of line to comment or voice disapproval of that admission.
