Which trans mount for W201 w/manual trans?

My '93 190 D 2.5 Turbo 5-speed car ('93 190E refitted with 2.5 Turbo engine and 5-speed manual) is in need of a new transmission mount.

I know there is a difference between the auto trans mounts and the manual trans mounts. I think there is a height difference between the two, but can't remember now.

In any event, Pelican Parts does not list a trans mount for any of the manual trans applications in a W201 (at least not that I can find). Some of the other online vendors have listings, but only for URO, or other highly suspect brands.

Any recommendations from the W201 diesel, manual trans guys?

Thanks,

Steve.

I think this is correct for the four speed gearbox and the automatic transmission. This should be 2012421701

But the 5 speed gearbox has a four point fixing

This should be part number 2012421601

Sorry I wasn't clear. I have the crossmember, I'm in need of the rubber mount that goes between te crossmember and the trans (5-speed).

Actually I think I'm probably having one of my funny turns - sorry about that

I can see two numbers on this site =>

ENGINE SUSPENSION. Fits: 1992 Mercedes 190 E 2.3 Sedan | Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta

They seem to do the same job

1242400618

2012401118

The cross member is definitely different. When I bought the rubber mount from an online verdor for my 2.6 5spd they listed it as fitting both the manual and the auto. If there is a difference between the two its minor.

I completely agree that the crossmembers are different. Maybe my memory is going bad, but at one time, I thought I saw drawings of the 2 different mounts, one of which was a few mm's "taller" than the other, owing to differences in the trans cases between manual and automatic.

I don't have access to the EPC at work, but I should probably check when I'm at home.

I'm pretty sure that's a W114/5 thing

I just reused the auto one when I did my swap. Seemed about the right height and all. From w124 , w123 , w201 they all looked the same height. The w124 is nerdy and I use that one on a 240d auto. Seems fine.

I used 2012400618 in my 1984 190D-2.2. It fit the same as the original factory mount - no problems.
