Let me get this straight, yatzee did not install his radiator and you ended up with it.

What was the minor mod to the fan shroud?

Looks very nice, I hope it lasts the life of the vehicle and beyond (if it ends up in another car).

Correct, yatzee never ended up installing it and I bought it from him last year.

If you look at the 2nd picture I posted you'll see the difference: Instead of the fan shroud pressing against the tab on the radiator (and being the same width) I had to trim the tab on the fan shroud down so it would fit inside the [| shape on the radiator. The clip now holds the fan shroud inside the [| shape.

If the shroud was attached in the normal manner it sat too far back; the fan would hit it and it didn't seal very well.

I added some stick on gasket to the shroud. I don't know if this actually helps any. You can see a little of it in the 2nd picture as well.
