Okay....it's a very short list. But...

1. W210 seats more comfortable...I miss the leather but know MB Tex will last longer.

2. W210 climate control settings more precise (yes, I can actually tell I prefer one degree increments over two degree increments).

3. The monowiper! Still don't understand why MB abandoned this.

That's really all I can think of....love my CDI.
