OK, so I figured out the bump question. There are actually part numbers listed in my print copy of the FSM, which have the three-bump ones in rear and two-bump in front.
But, now I have a contradiction. In the FSM I've been using online, and it seems in others' descriptions, the orientation should be flats on top and bottom in the rear, and flats facing forward and back in the front. The photo shows otherwise in my print manual. Also the bushings that came out of my LCA ALL had flats facing upwards and downwards. Did the parts change? These were installed around 2002 and have not been an issue with the ride or during alignments. So, which is it? Photos attached. THe second photo is from the print FSM and shows the front of the LCA for the 124. The first is from the online manual, and how I've heard it described in other threads.
