Click on the "Browze" which opens another window and go find where your pic is located on the Computer. Select your pic and click on the "Opwn" button and the pic file name will appear in the "Manage Attachments" window. In the "Manage Attachments" window click on upload and wait until the icon of your pic shows up in the "Manage Attachments" window and also at the bottom of the Post near the "Manage Attachment" button. When that happens there should be instructions telling you to close the "Manage Attachment" window. There is 2 "Submit Reply" buttons one in about the middle of the post nd another at the very bottom. I always have clicked on the bottom one and that should post your post along with attachent.

The attached images show as a thumbnail - I always copy the URL of the attached image and insert that into the body of the post using [img][/img] tags for the convenience of the reader.
