My problem didn't go away....back to the drawing board.

My problem: Engine starts normally and runs smooth, approximately 5 minutes later the engine feels like one cylinder is miss firing, that's the best way I could describe it. Its rough when it happens, this lasts for about a minute or 2 then goes away. This only happens on a cold engine.

Back in November is when the problem started. I ran a can of Diesel Purge through the engine and the problem went away for 2 months then came back. So I ran another can of Diesel Purge again with the same exact results. I also replaced the pre filter and fuel filter after both times I ran Diesel Purge through the engine. I figured its gotta be an injector problem or an injection pump problem.

I had my injectors rebuilt and installed them today, I'm having the same problem.

I will try to take a video.

There must be three recent threads with similar faults/problems, search for 'delivery valve seals' or click my user name for posts.

From memory, 70 -80nm is for the injector reassembly, installation is less but don't have the figure to hand.
