1) Is there a hose that anyone sells that is the yellow charging hose that is in he middle inlet of a typical gauge set which allows you to pierce regular cans?

I want to simplify work and once the gauge set is purged of air to simply hook up a can and let it charge rather than disconnecting the blue low side and having to use a third party charging hose with a gauge...

Does one exist?

2) which way round does the yellow charging hose go? One end is open and the other has a valve or similar...is it just a one way valve? When it goes to my vacuum pump the fitting on it doesn't look like it has anything that would engage the valve on that end...so that's why I ask is there a "correct way" round?
