I own a 1991 300d that I bought in So. California with a blown om602 turbo engine. I also own a 1995 e300 diesel with an om606 n/a that was rearended. I want to put the engine from the 1995 into the 1991. I have a friend that knows everything about Prius'. He tells me it can't be done. I say it can. They are both 124 chassis cars, no computers, etc. We are disagreeing if this can be done simply or not. Anything can be done with money but that is not the way I want to do it. I have both cars in my possession so I would need to chase parts. I have a complete donor car.


Am I being foolish thinking this can be done easily or am I in dreamland?
