I usually do not fool around. Use heat on the fitting as the old hoses are going into the garbage.

Heavy rust belt here worse than yours. Or cut the old hose flush and use a six point socket. To me there is nothing like high heat to deal with many things on old cars in the rustbelt. OX/Acc preferably.
As it was, I had no problem removing the hoses. They were too tight as-is. Disconnected wire to sensors. installed heat shield to protect undercoating, applied heat with mini-butane torch for just a minute or so. Put out the flames! (something on bracket burns!). Tried again with 17/11 Husky flare combination and they released easily. Having had them off previously no doubt helped.

As mentioned, they came out easy once the Loctite was softened with heat.

I have now installed the new disks on the hubs. However, I made a mistake! I ran out of Blue Loctite, so ran over to Home Depot to pick up more. The applicator I chose was blue, but when I got home, I found it was red Loctite

Decided to just use a small amount. Will need a bit more heat next time to remove - At 82, it likely won't be me! Torqued to 85 ft.lb.

FSM says I should have bought new bolts! Never have.
