Mercedes Parts Websites

I've ordered from Performance Products, and they have a lot of parts you just can't find, and I just ordered from FastLane, (first time) Hand Primer Pump, old one leaks. FastLane has good prices, but does not have everything. Performance Products has almost everything but sometimes pricey. Anyone know any other website that match or beat the standards of theses 2 sites?

Please remember Fastlane supports this site. Some parts may be cheaper elsewhere but please give the folks at Fastlane the benefit of an extra dollar or two from time to time. After all, they pay for this awesome website which will save you much more than that in the long run.

If FastLane doesn't carry what you need, PartsShop is the other parts shop owned by MercedesShop, and can get the less frequently requested items specific to your year, model, VIN, and Engine number. PartsShop also is used to support this forum.

Thumbs up

Here’s my .02

When I first started working on my MB I used PP, I needed the hood insulation pad and some door molding. Since then I have ordered exclusively from Fastlane. I cannot say enough about these guys! Nowhere else can I place an order by 8:00 am, and have the part replaced the next day after work. I have talked with Phil several times too, and I always get treated like an insider. I could not have had the success with my MB’s without Fastlane or this site. Keep up the great job. I will keep up my patronage!

Sometimes Fastlane stocks parts that are not listed under your car. You just have to know the part number!
They are avail. at a good price too!

I just have to say that being new to the MBZ Diesel world there are two things that have made my ownership over the last three months an extremely exciting and fun experience.
1st is this foruma nd all the great people here. No bickering and true "how can we help" attitudes.
2nd is Fastlane and Phil! I second Robs comment in that I had my parts fast, inexpensive and right the first time! Phil also gave me the kind of attention that my local dealer will not. The "let's figure it out"

Thanks everyone who has helped me through my learning curve. Hopefully some day I can return the favors!

I got ripped off by Benzbin.com on my first order, so they have seen the first and last of me!

You might find an online store with slightly better prices, but it's going to be a higher risk of actually getting what you order.

Never tried Fastlane yet,

I had good luck with BB, horrrible horrible nasty dealing with a guy named Rusty.
How is fastlane about resolving mistakes?? I've got a dealer that works good with me and gives me a sizeable discount.

I have been satisfied with Performance Products, I have not tried Fastlane, but might give it a try the next time I need parts. What I tend to do for parts is shop around. I found that my local import parts store can get some good deals on parts also. I always buy my Diesel Purge there, at $5.83 per can.

here's the icing

i recently purchased an 02 sensor for the wif's vw , a $93 part, from Fastlane.
only when it arrived i realized it was the wrong one (car takes 2 with slightly different wire lengths) so my bad..

anyhow called phil and he arranged for the correct part to be shipped immediately without charging my card for an extra part,
before i returned the wrong one back to them.
ie. trusting the customer to make the return.

how many parts shops online would do that?

Another Kudos

I have nothing but praise for Phil at PartsShop, and FastLane. Excellent service, quick shipment, good prices, and no-grief returns. Not to mention sponsoring this forum. They are ALWAYS my first stop for any part I need.

Two other sources for body stuff...

K & K in Michigan, and Potomac Auto in Maryland for sheetmetal, body parts, etc.
