Kickdown solenoid - 300TDT where is it?

Does anyone know where (on trans) is the kickdown solenoid - I need to change mine - there is voltage after the switch under the accelerator - but it does not "kickdown" when I floor it - I definitely can hear and feel the "click" when it is pressed. Thanks
