quick questions on my 300sd

Does anyone have the fluid capacities for my car. It came with a 124 chasis manual and the service cd has the info for a 91 sel. Thanks. Also How intensive of a project is changing the tranny fluid. thanks.

Replaced alternator, fan and power steering belts
Replaced positive battery terminal
Replaced negative battery terminal and cord
New Duralast Battery
