Here is what mine looks like after being installed on a OM617 in a W126 chassis.

2003 S430 - 107K
1983 300SD - Tanoshii - mostly restored ~400K+.
1983 300SD - Good interior. Engine finally tamed ~250K.

The clear pics are nice. I also removed the aircleaner after being sick of constant repairs.

There is...I had a look and couldnt find it. I can take more. I am not done with the change.

Yeah, it was really sunny out today. I had a lot of issues with my air pan until I installed a new bracket. I think it was a URO branded one and it is made of MUCH thicker steel than the stock one. It is about 3x as heavy. With that and all new mounts and heat shields, I have not had to mess with the air pan since. My old bracket only had one mount point still intact, so the pan flopped around like a fish out of water.

I need to clean up the manifold area because the EGR valve leaked and deposited that carbon/sludge where it used to sit.
