Engine swap questions 300 to 240

I'm installing an 82 turbo engine into my 83 240D with manual trans. My questions are about the wiring.
The glow plug wiring harness (coming from the engine)on the 300d has the large plug for the glow plug relay, that same harness has another plug coming off of it that has 3 male prongs, 2 metal, and 1 plastic (2 wires). The female connector coming from the 240d has only 1 wire and the and the connectors are different. Whats this second wire do, and what do I do with this?
There is a plastic hose coming off the back of the intake manifold. Please tell me where it goes?
There is another plastic hose coming out of the top of the injection pump (very close to the shut off valve). Is this turbo or automatic trans related? What should be done with it?
There is also a wire coming off the engine near the top of the crank that I can't find info on. I thought it would be for a tach but the 240 didn't have one but also has this wire?

I don't have the donor car to use as a reference so all help is really appreciated. Sorry for the length but my camera is on the fritz.
Thank You, Damon
