OM 605/6 w124 non-turbo

Are the inj pumps on those engines mechanical, with linkage between pedal and IP? -just like 602/3
I see those have an Air-mass meter or something on the intake. What is the purpose of that if they are mechanical.. hmm

Is the 2,2l 95hp om604 DI or IDI. I have read both..

If you want a pump modified by myna, Does it matter if it is from a turbo- or nonturbo angine?
